Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via email.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring the return authorization slip is included inside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
